We had a plugged sewer pipe which was in fact caused by a 2.5m long mesh of roots in the south east water sewer. I had an excellent experience with O'Shea guys (Brenton, Jett and others) who came around to install an agi pipe system around my house.It was a big job that included a bunch of different things and I live quite far away from Central Melbourne so I really appreciated that the guys were there 5 days straight starting from 7am.Overall I highly recommend O'Shea for big jobs like and I would def engage them again in the future!

I have used O'Shea plumbing on several occasions, this time to lay a new water pipeline to my property. The company is highly professional, responding promptly to my enquiries and working with me and my water supplier to meet my requirements for separate water metering. David, Marcus and James did an excellent job. They we extremely competent, respectful of the property and David was able to ensure that there was minimal damage to existing landscaping when running the new pipes to the property. David was able to answer all of my questions and all of the guys were a pleasure to deal with. Kerry Ann is the office is also so helpful and friendly. I was absolutely blown away with the service and the work of everyone that was involved with what I thought was going to be a routine job that turned into a job that was anything but routine.There were so many people that worked on the gas plumbing issues that I had that I can’t remember everyone’s name but the whole team was professional, friendly and just got on with the job. Had a wet spot in the garden near where the mains runs to the house. Asked to dig and look for a problem. Was told that that was an unlikely way to find the issue, was told it could be storm water or nations. They'd do a test, $1500 later no faults found.I spent 45 minutes digging the hole by myself. Found the issue. The mains had a leak when the pipe was joined together.Found another plumber to fix the issue for $200.Incredibly annoyed at the time and money I wasted.

We engaged The Local Plumber company for issues with a leaking valve to our gas hot water system.Regrettably the first plumber  ‘sabotaged’ our gas hot water system and surreptitiously shut down the gas, rendering us without hot water and leaving us with a quote of around $2500 for a new unit.To get a second opinion,  we engaged O’Shea plumbing. Josh attended. He was very professional, polite, skilful, and an excellent communicator. Josh was able to restart our hot water system and change over the leaking valve for a few hundred dollars. Our gas hot water system was fine and didn’t require replacementWe highly recommend Josh for his honesty, integrity and his professionalism. And we recommend O’Shea plumbing. Booking a plumber via their call centre was a pleasant experience - good old fashion, friendly service. We would definitely use O’Shea plumbing again.

I had someone come out to look at some concerning noises my toilets were making. Everyone is so lovely, from the office team who called me back quickly after I'd made an online enquiry, and kept me up to date on when someone would arrive, to the plumber, who was incredibly thorough and professional. While the issue I had turned out to be nothing major, it's like night and day in terms of service I've received elsewhere. I will 100% be using them the next time something happens and recommending them to others as well! My massive thanks to the entire team.

Daniel was excellent. Communicated when he would arrive. Identified the problem quickly and was transparent and honest in case he made a mistake. But he was spot on and quickly fixed the issue causing the leak. He was also very polite and overall just a good bloke. Hope his boss rewards him in the future.

Very professional and genuine. I had a plumber come out to quote me for installations of 2 washing machines. And I had the job booked and paid deposit. But since it was a new build and appropriate plumbing wasn’t done in first place. I went to my builder, who then agreed to fix it for me. O’Shea offfice team was very considerate and cancelled the booking and refunded the deposit immediately. If I have any problems in future I know who I’ll be reaching out to.

Telephone and plumbing service were friendly and efficient, and I was able to book an appointment 4 days in advance. Cost was reasonable and explained well. My shower taps were replaced immaculately and now work smoothly with no water leakage. I also appreciated the great communication from O’Shea Plumbing; I was given specific timeframes and contacted when earlier plumbing sessions were offered.

Our drains were severely blocked to the point the sewerage water was coming out of the shower drain. To make matters worse it happened on the weekend. We called multiple plumbers and none of them either answered or returned my call. Anne answered on our first call and was super lovely to deal with. My hot water service died on the Friday night. Rang O'Shea's Plumbing on Sunday Morning. My call was answered immediately and the receptionist was very pleasant and empathetic. I organised for a plumber to come out on Monday morning between 10 and 12 and that my plumber would call 30 min before. I received a call that morning just after 9:30 from Cam. He was very friendly and advised he was on his way. On arrival, he was very friendly and genuine. He gave me an honest up front quote on the spot and fully explained what was required. He also advised that he needed to check my gas metre and gas lines which may cost extra if there were leaks detected. (Thankfully all good). He provided a number of options and choices with good pricing. Most importantly he was able to do the works that day. Payment was easy with EFTPOS available, 20% deposit and balance on completion of the job. Finally his work was neat and tidy and all rubbish removed and he fully explained hot to check and relight the pilot. Very happy. Would recommend O'Shea's Plumbing and will use them again.

Excellent Service. Had leaky toilet and they came out and fixed the next day. Damian rang me in advance, came over and gave me a quote, fixed and gave me a detailed explanation of what was done. Problem solved! Did a neat job of siliconing toilet back in. There is no call out fee if you choose not to proceed with work quoted.
