On this occasion, Charles was enjoying a coffee in the morning and heard a large bang outside of his home, once outside it was evident what had happened. The connection to the garden tap had not simply come off, but it had exploded apart and would require new fittings. Charles gave us a call and Andrew arrive shortly after to take a look.
