At O’Shea Plumbing we pride ourselves not just our workmanship but on the service provided from initial contact to the finished job. We have regular meetings to discuss ways to become more than just the typical, traditional trade people, but a standout service.
At O’Shea Plumbing we regularly go above and beyond when it comes to your plumbing as we want everybody to have the best plumbing possible. As the old saying goes, preventative maintenance every is the best kind of maintenance.
One of the things we at O’Shea Plumbing do before any work starts is explain to our clients our agenda so that everything our plumbers are going to do during the service call is completely clear. We explain that we will be looking at not just the problem that the client called us out for, but any deeper underlying issues which could have caused the problem in the first place.
The next part of what our plumber will be doing (with the client’s consent of course) is giving a thorough evaluation on the entire plumbing system, followed by providing you, the client, with different options to fix the issue. Our plumber will not start any work without getting client approval to do so and are looking to complete the works then and there, depending on what the issue is. The team at O’Shea Plumbing hope to provide you with five-star service.
All of our plumbers are assisting the efforts to protect our community by having completed COVID training on the steps and measures we as plumbers can take to help stop the spread.
One of the things we do at O’Shea Plumbing which may differ from other plumbers is that we measure water pressures and temperatures and advise clients on ways of protecting all of their water fixtures, pipes and eliminating any noise in water pipes commonly known as water hammer. By doing so, we hope to prevent other potential plumbing issues from occurring.
We look at any valves that we can see and make sure these are up to scratch, for example, if a client has an older butterfly gas isolation valve. This will be brought to the client’s attention as these are known for gas leaks due to the materials they are made of and the age of these.
All of this before the client has agreed to proceed with any work, at no extra charge and with no pressure or obligation to proceed with any works.
Before and after any gas works are done our plumber will pressure test the existing gas installation to make sure there are no gas leaks which the client may not be aware of.
It’s these little things that O’Shea Plumbing do which have given us a reputation of being very professional and courteous plumbers. A single call to O’Shea Plumbing will provide you with quick, easy access to experienced plumbing professionals that will provide a variety of services ranging from basic maintenance and repairs to emergency drain cleaning and sewer repair.
