‘Don’ from Lilydale VIC required the services of a plumber and found that O’Shea Plumbing had a lot of good reviews on Google. So he rang up the Mt Waverley office VIC to request a plumber to come and have a look at the multiple plumbing issues he had.

Jarett organised plumber Andrew (from the Wantirna VIC depot) to collect the required materials to complete all jobs. Andrew arrived at Don’s property at the time that Jarrett said he would. He went about changing inlet valves on two toilets, installing a new beautiful ‘goose neck’ mixer tap to the kitchen sink, as well as installing a new garden tap and a water pressure reduction valve at Don’s water meter.
Initially, Don had said that “after his experience he had with other ‘tradies’ he was really worried that he was going to be taken for a ride again”. At the end of the day, It was Don’s decision on which course of action to take and he was incredibly pleased with the result.
